High Waisted Pants – Mango Barcelona

I bought these pants in MANGO Spain. The first time I saw them I knew I had to have them.

The very light fabric makes them easy to move around in, and I did not feel hot at all throughout the day.

Because the pants are high waisted, you MUST buy a size down. I made the mistake of not doing that, so mine fit a little big. Hence why I am wearing them with a sweater – but cannot wait to wear it with a crisp button down white shirt.

Notice the shoes? I love a great pair of shoes (shoe addict), and especially colored shoes. Do not always resort to black shoes in the fall and winter, but try to add color to your fall and winter wardrobe. It makes you stand out and adds life to your outfit.

I have also paired it with a beautiful brown letter jacket from Michael Kors that adds a different look to the outfit. Now, as a stylist, I usually preach that there is “almost” nothing you cannot wear. You just have to pair it differently. These pants I believe will suit a taller person as it will not make you look shorter and frumpy. I am built with just legs so this works for me.
